The role plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact, organizing people and time resources, and seeing the project through from inception to completion. Job Responsibilities Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary Determine and assess need for additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed Acts decisively in critical situations or to circumvent a potential problem. Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Developing schedules and methods for measuring results Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products. Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications. Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements that can be integrated into application packages in the company. Review code and design Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources Integrate and validate new product designs Support software QA and optimize I/O performance and Provide post production support Interface with hardware design and development Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software. Responsible for continuous improvement within IT department and of all IT services Desired Qualities BSC in Computer Science or Engineering Prince 2, ITIL, PMP Minimum of 2years related work experience Knowledge of Emerging Technology Data Management Enterprise Architecture Information Security Information Technology Policy & Planning Information Technology Service Operations Network & Telecommunications Technology Software Engineering & Development Systems Administration Systems Analysis & Design Web-Based Technologies
