Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed updated and communicated. Documenting all accidents, investigating and recommending improvements. Ensuring safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are in good condition and employees are aware of their responsibilities. Promote safety awareness among employees in the workplace. Advise the management on associated safety laws and regulations. Desired Competencies & ExperienceTo be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies Minimum of 3 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role. HACCP Qualified with environmental Certifications. Requisite experience in handling HSE investigations. Experience of formulating, implementing and revising HSE policies and procedures. Ability to develop business correspondence and procedure manuals. Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Salary: N 960,000 - N 1.4m per annum
