He/she is required to be up-to-date with Global Security trends.Responsibilities: Oversee the selection, testing, deployment, and maintenance of security hardware and software products as well as outsourced arrangements. Develop security policies and procedures to prevent and investigate crime Create digital security management programs and prioritize security initiatives and issues. Develop and maintain policies for security and safety. Manage Security systems including security patrols, surveillance systems, door locking mechanisms, control of restricted areas Supervise Mobile Policemen (Armed), Civil Defense Staff, Internal (Club) Security personnel. Desired Competencies & ExperienceTo be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies At least 7 years' experience in Security operations, preferably hospitality. Minimum of first degree in related field. Professional membership is compulsory. Excellent interpersonal relationship, sound judgment and analytical ability. Solid knowledge of electronic and site security issues. Salary: N 1.8m - N 2.16m per annum
