We have worked extensively across diverse sectors of the economy ranging from Telecommunication, Banking &Finance, Information Technology and Oil & Gas.Job Description Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access and backup system Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Qualifications/Requirements Proven working experience as an IT sales manager or relevant experience Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Expertise in data centre management and data governance Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Ability to manage personnel Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
