Vision vision To operate a world class Aluminum Beverage Can Manufacturing facility. little white spaceJob Description Maintain and update HR operational plan for the plant and give feed back to HRM Prepare HR report on a monthly basis Ensure smooth running of the office and equipment Administer HMO registration and manage HMO related issues Assist in administering payroll, maintain and update HR database as required Coordinate recruitment and selection activities Provide support and coordination for learning interventions Manage and update all HR records including employee files Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures Manage all employee relations issues Monitor the staff attendance management system Manage all other administrative issues as required Job Requirement B.SC. in Human Resource Management, or any related course 4 years' experience in a relevant industry. Excellent attitude and work ethics. Excellent presentation skills Sound knowledge of HR processes and procedures Excellent administrative skills Knowledge of HR and related software Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Good level of computer literacy and use of Microsoft packages Applied knowledge of the Nigerian labour law and relevant legislation Possession of relevant HR certifications like ACIPM, ACIPD, HRBP, SHRM-CP
