Coordinate daily front house and back house operations of the Restaurant. Respond accurately and efficiently to customer's complaint. Train and develop team members to ensure that performance standards are met. Ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to by employees at every shift to ensure safety and security of employees . Coordinate and supervise staff shifts. Control operational costs and strive to eliminate food and drinks waste. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Working Hours You will be required to work unsociable hours on a regular basis; evening and weekend work will be a regular fixture.
