We are seeking to recruit intelligent , dynamic and problem solving individuals to fill open positions in our Lagos OfficeDepartment: OperationsReporting to: General Manager Operations Description The project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the field staffs across different client's sites, He shall also be responsible for interfacing with clients and managing expectations. The Project Manager is also responsible for scheduling, dispatching, assisting, and monitoring the daily work assignments of crews and equipment. The candidate will insure that all crews have the daily necessary materials and equipment for their assignments. Dispatching and creating routing assignments is a key aspect of this role and prior experience is preferred. Responsibilities / Functions Ensures proper client expectation management as well as exceptional customer service Monitor KPI's to insure goals are met Recruit, hire, train and lead our moving crew with a hands on approach, lead by example Responsible for team members development, training, and corrective counselling Responsible for ensuring that site work are carried out professional and in timely manner that shows professionalism Responsible for ensuring that equipment are properly maintained and other working tools properly stored both in the office and on site. Good knowledge of project management, supervision and implementation increasing customer business development opportunities in the local market by working with corporate Sales team Responsible for assigning resources to meet goals Responsible for truck maintenance Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations Specific Targets / Objectives Ensure little or no recall rates Ensure that clients expectation are properly managed Ensure that jobs are executed in a professional manner Ensure that projects are executed within reasonable time Requirements/Education and Experience Required University Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying and Building Technology. Minimum of 5-10 years working experience of sales in the building and Construction Industry Proven leadership skills. Supervisory or management experience. Large team handling capability Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
