We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.Reference Number: ABI24 Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Type: Permanent Job Description Amongst other duties, the Laboratory Instrument Technician will; Maintain a safe, Healthy and Risk Free Working Environment Maintain, Repair and Optimise Plant laboratory and Associate Devices Champion Quality at source equipment maintenance and calibration Liaises With OEM/Rep for quarterly, biannual and yearly equipment maintenance to schedule Champions asset care/COSWIN implementation for quality control Facilitate team problem solving and decision making Locate plant, Equipment, spares and relevant documentation/Systems Calibrate equipment according to good maintenance practice Apply the VPO principles and practices Contribute to Self and Team development and Communicate effectively in the Work place Qualifications and Experience The occupant of this position should possess: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Sciences Good knowledge of best Laboratory Equipment Handling practices in Manufacturing Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a FMCG environment Not less than 2 years' experience in a similar role will be an added advantage Must be Computer literate Key Competencies and Sttributes: Systemic and Analytical problem-solver Good understanding of modern maintenance practices and maintenance system Good knowledge of Quality processes and technologies Influencing ability with regards to sound maintenance Acts with integrity
