S/he will be responsible for updating systems by improving the components, layout and design of computers for increased effectiveness. The job holder will be required to inspect modified computer systems ensuring that company standards are sustained.Responsibilities and Duties Ensure network services reliability and availability, so we work as 3rd level support on network incident, change and problem management. Cisco environment: CCNA, CCNP, configure access level switches, basic routing. Understanding of network protocols including VLAN, ACL, NAT, GRE, SIP and so on. * Establish and maintain relationship with ISP, Internet Carriers, and vendors. Improve current enterprise network solution and develop new network solution. Understanding of Linux servers and their operation. Apache configuration/administration. Experience of KVM, Postfix, Word Press in Linux Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, Active Directory, IIS Server, Group Policies. Perform HW & SW upgrades to servers & network as required. Manage and resolve HW & SW issues relating to client, servers, switches & network equipment. Experienced with monitoring systems and network monitoring tools. Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in computer/electrical engineering or related field Master's degree will be an added advantage. 5 years of cogent engineering experience within the manufacturing industry. Requirement & Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong intrapersonal/interpersonal skills Numerate and familiar with data analysis and reporting. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities in team and client management High level of integrity, enthusiasm and self discipline.
