Sujimoto Construction Limited - The emergence of Sujimoto Construction in the Nigerian Real Estate space was borne out of a passion to redefine luxury living by taking charge of the transformation of Africa's Luxury Real Estate through Diligence, Innovation and Excellence.Job Responsibilities Keep records of items purchased and received, or transferred to another location Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; Hard working/fast pace of work Capacity to execute instructions with speed Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. Fills supply requisitions, makes certain that materials supplied to site are of the right quality and quantity Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction. Returns or replace damaged/ substandard items back to vendors as appropriate. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property. Conducts due diligence of identified sources and facilitate their pre-qualification with Quantity Surveyor Monitors and proÃÂÃÂÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂactively takes actions in response to site needs/ requests for construction material Carries aggressive negotiations with suppliers with intention to provide additional discount or other favorable terms Establishes and maintains strong business relationship with suppliers; Anticipates and proactively elevates potential challenges/problems Follows procurement policies and procedures and complies with Code of Business Ethics and Conduct Work Experience Minimum of 5 years work experience is required. Work experience with a reputable construction company would be an added advantage.
