Altara Credit, an Ibadan based appliance and electronics retailer is recruiting for the following entry-level roles.REMUNERATION: Successful candidates will be entitled to a basic salary of N30,000 monthly plus good Commission. LOCATION: Ibadan SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES DOCUMENTATION ASSESSMENT AGENT Collect and crosscheck customer's documents to ensure they are complete and valid Assess and analyze financial information and make good decisions Prepare internal reports Manage and maintain files for assigned portfolio of account RECOVERY AGENT Collect outstanding amounts from clients and achieve collections targets Check inflows and follow up with customers Maintain account's book to ensure that the customers' status is accurate and up to date Develop reports on accounts Visit customers for payment CUSTOMER OUTREACH AGENT Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential prospects, building rapport, providing technical information and product presentation Report to the customer outreach lead on sales, also providing feedback about outreach activities on a daily basis Analyse the territory/market potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization Expedite the resolution of customers problem and complaints QUALIFICATIONS: Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline LOCATION: This role is based in Ibadan
