Business Manager at TreNova Limited

TreNova Limited is the organiser of the popular NOVA Strategy for School Growth Seminar and the publisher of Learnnova Learning Support Studio and Mobile Learning App. We have been in business for ten years and we are a member of an International business development consulting organisation, offering astute business executives, owners, directors and professionals a fresh, unique and dynamic approach to business in 26 countries spread across 4 major continents. We have trained over 10,000 school leaders in Nigeria and more than 2,000 SME leaders across various sectors. We have made our reputation by making our customers at least N100 for every naira we charged in fees. At the moment we are recruiting Business Manager to expand and strengthen our learning support club in private primary and secondary schools across Nigeria. Job Summary The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters relating to business management including to sales management, human resource management, relationship management, leadership, financial control and strategic planning. The incumbent must be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner that incorporates the company's vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. They manage operations, lead sales effort, supervise work, and ensure the company policies are met. The business manager reports directly to the Relationship Manager of Trenova Limited, and closely monitors the efficiency of business operations. Duties and Responsibilities Develop Learnnova Learning Support Club in Primary and Secondary Schools Work with management of schools to mobilize children to join the club Coordinate and evaluating the activities of Club Coordinators in various schools for advancements Developing business plans and strategies to align with LEARNNOVA SUPPORTS CLUB'S forecasts and goals Responsible for meeting sales and profit target by supporting marketing, sales, PR, and operations Maintaining good relationships with schools' management Representing the company at networking events and conferences Motivating employees to exceed expected goals Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Working knowledge of Google Apps for business and Salesforce.com (preferred but not required); Two to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in any related course Strong leadership skills Analytical skills Knowledge of marketing and sales principles Ability to manage conflict between employees and business partner Goal-oriented and organized leadership Self-motivated and self-directed Salary Annual Income: Up to N12 million Kindly note that this is not a salary job, you are paid based on the number of Clubs and Club masters you are managing for the company
