He will be responsible for developing applications for devices powered by the Android operating system. Job Description Develop high-quality software design and architecture Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle Work on bug fixing and improving application performance Collaborate with other teams to define, design, and ship new features Document and maintain design specifications, source code, and archives for new applications ideas Work with outside data sources and APIs Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code Convert wire frames into suitable code Job Skills Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as "touch" Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Familiarity with continuous integration Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Knowledge of Android UI design principles Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle Educational Qualification and Experience B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Minimum of 1-3 year's experience Proven working experience in android app development and have published at least one original android app
