We are looking to hire an exceptional Manager for one of our client organisation, a leading Hospitality firm also based In Lekki Phase 1.JOB DESCRIPTION:The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, such as reservations, housekeeping, food services and personnel management. S/He will also ensure visitors experience exceptional customer service during their stay.Other specific responsibilities include: planning and organising accommodation, catering and other hotel services managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure analysing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies managing staff and overseeing schedules to make sure all departments have enough employees to provide assistance to guests Scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs in individual rooms and common areas ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations JOB REQUIREMENTS BSc/HND in Hospitality, Tourism or any other relevant course a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help and please others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services the ability to balance customer and business priorities Well organised. good business and commercial acumen enthusiasm, strong leadership and motivating skills Financial, budgeting and stock-taking skills Knowledge of food, food hygiene and food preparation.
